LARGE PITUTARY TUMOUR REMOVED VIA TRANS SPHENOIDAL ROUTE

DONT IGNORE VISUAL LOSS IT MAY BE FIRST SIGN OF PITUTARY TUMOUR

MRI revealed a large Pitutary tumour compressing the chiasma . Tumour was removed via trans sphenoidal route and vision of the patient was restored
